Please have your trash out by 6:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day.
To be safe, we recommend putting it out the night prior. Due to route
changes, we cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival.
Yes! We run a regular pickup schedule on most holidays. If we
ever need to take a day off, we will send a notice in advance
via email or text. Please keep your contact information up to date.
Monthly charges vary depending on your location. Your rate includes
up to 100 gallons of trash per week. If you have extra trash, you
will be charged accordingly by the gallon. Contact us
for a custom quote.
We do not dispose of:
- TVs and electronics
- Tires
- Hazardous materials (paints, solvents, chemicals)
- Furniture or appliances (unless scheduled as a special pickup)
- Metal or construction waste
Yes. All trash must be bagged and all bags must be
tied securely. Each bag should not exceed 20 lbs.
We do not pick up loose items to avoid littering fees.
Yes! We accept:
- ✓ Aluminum cans – in separate bags
- ✓ Plastic bottles – in separate bags
- ✓ Cardboard – please break down and bag
We do not recycle wine bottles, glass bottles, or glass.
Absolutely. We offer special pickups for large bulky items like
furniture, appliances, and other large items. Just give us a call
at 808-450-7365
to schedule. We also have roll-off bins available for rental.
If you have more than the 100-gallon limit, you will be charged
accordingly by the additional gallon. Just make sure
all extra trash is properly bagged and tied. Contact us if you have questions about
your specific situation.
